PSX series scrap shredder lines are Suitable for National Circular Economy Park、National Urban Mineral Demonstration Base、Scrap Steel Processing and Distribution Center(base)、Steel and Nonferrous Metals Industry、Scrap automobile dismantling and remanufacturing etc. Scrap Automobile Shell、Low-carbon Light Scrap or Mass、Scrap household appliances, etc remove the paint and other impurities through the Shredder System; and then sort out the ferrous metal、non ferrous metals, non-metallic objects through the sorting system; get density about 1.2t / m³ scrap shredder products.

Scrap Shredder Lines major equipment components
1、Main motor of Scrap Shredder
The host of scrap shredder is manufactured by patent technology, is the core equipment of the scrap shredder. It consists of alloy steel welding, high manganese wear-resisting thicker liner、 spindle rotor components、top discharge door、bottom discharge grille、composite cushion、main motor and connect the spindle etc. Alloy steel plate is used for welding and stress treatment is removed, the structure is more compact、the strength is higher.
2、Double feed roll
The inclination of double hydraulic roll feed is 35 °, double hydraulic roller is made of high wear-resistant alloy material, is used for preloading of medium and large materials to improve the initial density of scrap shredder.
3、Chain Conveyor
Chain conveyor is manufactured by patent technology. Feeding speed is using frequency control, can adjust the conveying speed by scrap shredder working to ensure scrap shredder works efficiently.
4、Discharge Vibration Feeder
It will be sheared into main machine, feed into the outlet belt conveyor by discharge vibration machine to enter the next process.
5、Outlet Belt Conveyor
The sheared material is fed to a magnetic selective vibrator or screening machine.
6、Magnetic Vibrator
The sheared material is evenly arranged to the magnetic separator to be better to sort out the magnetic material.
7、Magnetic Separator
The current standard of Magnetic Separator is the Italian SGM magnetic separator, there has permanent magnet and electromagnetic specifications to choose from. It can also be selected to the needs of other brands magnetic separator.
8、Magnetic vibrating feeder
The sheared material will be evenly feed to magnetic vibrating feeder to sort out the magnetic materials from magnetic vibrating feeder.
9、Roller sieve
The material particles and small particles will be separated to facilitate vortex sorting
10、Non - ferrous metal sorting system
According to need matching: Pro-sort Slab - type coarse - grained metal sorting recovery system、Eco Tower Sort Tower metal recovery system、Fines sorting system
